摘要
介绍了铸钢中残铝的行为,并通过大量生产数据的统计分析了钢中残铝对铸件的验收条件—纤维状断口及杆状晶断口评级的影响。结果表明,铸钢中残铝的最佳含量约为0.021%。控制铸钢中残铝可采用喂线工艺,喂线法比投入法加铝回收率高,可节铝50%以上,并且吨钢可降低成本约6.23元。
Behavior of the residual Al in the cast steel is introduced in this paper. The effect of residual Al in the cast steel on the acceptance condition of steel casting,i.e. grade of fibrous fracture and conchoidal fractures,was studied by the statistic analysis of quantities of production data,The results show that the optimum content of the residual Al is about 0.021%. The residual Al in the cast steel may be controlled by means of feeding Al wire. The feeding wire method saves Al to above 50% and reduces the production cost by 6.23 yuan/t compared with the method of thorwing because the recovery ratio of Al obtained by leeding method is higher than by the method of throwing
