摘要
观察研究了5Cr_(21)Mn_9Ni_4N钢在1210-1250℃加热后晶界沉淀的数量和尺寸随温度的变化,晶界沉淀的类型及沉淀中的铬含量随冷却速度的变化。分析讨论了试样的化学成分,特别是Si含量对晶界沉淀的类型、数量和断口特征及晶粒长大倾向的影响。
It is observed that the quantity and the size of grain boundary precipitates vary with temperature after heating at 1 2 1 0~1250 ℃ for a 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N steel.That the type of grain boundary precipitates and Cr content in the precipitates vary with speed of cooling is studied. The effects of chemical composition, specially si content in specimens on the type and the quantity of grain boundary precipitates, and on the fracture feature and grain coarsening were discussed.
