摘要
采用热挤压的工艺方法成功地对压铸态SiCw/Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr复合材料进行二次加工,研究了挤压态复合材料的微观组织和性能。结果表明,SiCw/Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr复合材料具有很好的热成形性能,挤压可有效改善复合材料的综合机械性能。
A SiCw/Al-Li composite fabricated by squeeze casting method was successfully hot extruded, indicating that the composite exhibits good formability.The microstructures and mechanical properties of the extruded composite were investigated by means of SEM, TEM and tensile test,it is shown that the mechanical properties of the composite can be improved by hot extrusion.
