摘要
研制出一种显微脱粘法界面强度测定仪、在0—0.98N范围内可以匀速连续加载,精度为0.98mN.用它测定了NicalonSiC纤维增强7740硅硼酸盐玻璃复合材料的界面强度.研究了纤维直径、相邻纤维间距对界面强度和界面强度对复合材料断裂韧性的影响.
An instrument for testing interface bond strength of composites was developed, which could be operated at a constant rate in the range of 0-0.98N with an accuracy of 0.98mN. By this instrument, the interface bond strength τs of Nicalon SiC yarn reinforced 7740 glass composites was measured successfully.The relationship between τs and fiber diameter Df and nearest neighbour fiber spacing Tm were studied.The results indicated that τs decreased and increased with the Df and Tm increasing respectively.The result also indicated that fracture toughness KIc of materials was influenced by τs, e.g. KIc decreased with τs increasing for this kind of composite.
