条件刺激对大鼠心率的影响

摘要 条件刺激(CS)可使动物心率发生改变,在CS之初,大鼠心率增加;但在CS之末,心率呈下降之态。用β受体阻断剂心得安后,心率增加的现象被取消,但对CS末的心率减慢没有响影。提示CS之初的大鼠心率变化可能主要取决于交感系统的活动。 Conditioned stimuli (CS) can cause change of heart rate (HR) , in our experiment, a special type of HR change was studied in detail. Early in CS period, the HR of rats increase, but it decrease toward the end of CS(P<0.01) . Using β-adrenergic blockade with propranolol, the change of HR increase was completely eliminated, but this drug could not infect the decreased HR at the end of CS. The results suggest the tachycardia of rats caused by CS mainly involve sympathetic activity, while the bradycardia probably is mediated by vagal inneryation.
