摘要
设计特定要求的数字化研究辅助电路及相应软件,分析了激光辐照材料表面时产生的散射现象,进一步揭示激光束与材料相互作用机理,用以提高材料对激光能量的吸收率,改善激光加工质量;试验结果表明此研究思路正确,与理论推断吻合.
This paper has designed a special circuit and software,and analyzed the scatteringphenomena when laser radiates the surface of materials.It has also discovered their interactivemechanism,which can be used to increase material absorption to laser energy and improve qualityof laser n1achining. The test results show that the above thought is all right and is consistentwith theoretical deduction.
