摘要
本文进一步论述了铸件凝固过程的三维数值模拟的发展现状,并着重讨论了数值模拟中的关键问题──初始条件和边界条件的处理以及十余种缩孔缩松缺陷的预测判据和应用特点.最后给出了铸造工艺CAD软件的基本框架.
In this paper, the development of three dimentional numerical simulation are further presented, and the key problems in numerical simulation──processes of initial condition, boundary condition and more than ten kinds of methods predicted shrinkage are discussed. Finally, the basic block-diagram of casting CAD software system is given.
