摘要
应用Ｆａｙ’ｓ三阶段理论，建立了海面溢油的扩散、蒸发模型，并考虑了风、海流（潮流）影响，对溢油的漂移模式进行了讨论。最后，选择了大庆原油，在大连湾内对上述模型进行了计算，并得到了较为满意的结果。
In this paper,the spreading and evaporation model of oil spill at sea surface is establishedbased on Fay’s three-phase theory and the drift medel which considers the effects of wind andseawater current(tidal current)is also discussed.In the end,using Da Qing crude oil the au-thor calculates the medel involved above within Dalian Bay and gets satisfactory results.
