摘要
对3H-8/450型高压注水泵泵头材料的力学性能以及泵头上的裂纹尺寸等实验数据进行概率统计分析的基础上,采用断裂力学中K_1,准则作为可靠性分析的极限状态方程,导出了可靠性分析与计算的表达式,并提出了处理的方法。计算了不同裂纹深度与不同裂纹长度时,泵头断裂的可靠性。
Abstract A Iot of test data about mechanics function of the head's material of high-pressurepump for waterflood and crack dirnensions on the pump head have been analyzed fromprobability statistics,On this basis,regarding the K_1 norm in fracture mechanics as thelimit state equation in reliability analysis,the general formula for reliability calculationis gotten,and the pump head fracture reliability is calculated in cases of different crackdepths and crack lengths.SUBJECT TERMS:pump head,reliability,limit state equation,crack depth,crack length
