摘要
介绍了作者研制的新型齿轮连杆机构长冲程抽油机,分析了运动规律,时机构尺寸及平衡重相位角做了优化设计,给出了优化设计结果。该机结构简单,换向可靠,便于实现长冲程,动力性能好.曲柄轴扭矩波动小.可消除负扭矩、节能效果好。
Abstract The writers introduce a new type gear-connecting rod long stroke pumping unit de-signed by themselves.They analyse the motion pattern of the pumping unit and designthe mechanism size and balance phase angle with optimization method. The optimizationresults are given. The structure of the pumping unit is simple, It is easy to adjust tolong stroke and reliable to change directions. The dynamic characteristics of the pump-ing unit are satisfactory. The torque fluctuation on crank shalt is small,and the nega-tive torque can be eliminated.
