Microsimulation and Quality Control of Heavy Forge Operation

摘要 本文通过对锻压过程的热力学研究,控制塑性流动的研究,进行微观模拟与工艺优化,提出质量控制的方案,使大型锻造实现计算机控制。 To achieve the complete computer control of the forge operation, the mirrosimulation of heavy forge operation based on research results of thermodynamics and contral plastic flow hare been performed and further optimized with respect to technological process. Finally, a program of quality control are raised.
