该文讨论了引起银基高温超导体带材的临界电流尺寸效应的两种物理机制;其一是弱连接使得自场作用下的超导体的临界电流减小从而表现出Jc的尺寸效应;其二是基体诱发的织构较容易在基体与氧化物界面形成而导致的尺寸效应。第二种物理机制导致的尺寸效应其实质是电流密度的分布在超导体内是不均匀的,在此基础上,讨论了这种电流不均匀分布对超导体稳定性的影响。结果表明:采用多芯的复合导体结构对超导体的稳定性是有利的.
The physical mecahnism for the Jc size-dependence were elaborated.Weak-link current and Ag/metal oxide interface response the Jc size dependence effect. The effect corresponding to weak-link is nonintrinsical. The Ag/metal interface leads to the non-even distribution of critical current density in superconducting tapes abed thus to the size-dependence effect. Because Jc is not well-distributed in the tapes, the size limitation for adiabatic stability would be reduced. Agsheathed mlultifilamentary composite tapes are favourable for high Tc superconducting magnets.
