摘要
采用PMP工艺制备了Y-Gd-Ba-Cu-O超导体,并对样品的熔化温度、临界电流密度、微观组织及结构特性等进行了研究。结果表明;随着Gd含量的增加,样品的熔化温度逐渐升高,Gd对Y位的替代,使样品的Jc值有所改善,X-ray分析显示样品有强的趋向,从微结构的观察知样品随Gd含量的变化其微结构有改变,这可能是引起Jc变化的原因。
We have prepared the Y-Gd-Ba-Cu-O supercottductors by the 'powder melting p.rocess' and investigated their properties, including the melting temperature, critical current density, microstructure and strttctural characteristics. The results indicate that the melting temperature (Tm)will increase with raising Gd content and J. value can be improved by the substitution of Gd for Y. It is found that Ba and Cu contents in supercond -ucting grains are higher. XRD shows that the sample has strongly textured structure. The microstructure varies with the Gd content, which may account for the Jc change.
