摘要
根据钻探工作的需要,在实验室内利用自制的泡沫流变装置测定了泡沫的流型,证明了泡沫属非牛顿流体,其流变参数随气液比、泡沫剂加量的改变而改变,其它添加剂也影响泡沫的流变性能,最后讨论了测试结果对泡沫钻进的指导作用。
To meet the needs of foam drilling, the rheological models of foam are measured with the self-rnade rheological apparatus in the laboratory. The foam is proved to be a non-Newtonian fluid. The rheological parameters vary with the variation of the radio of gas to liquid and of the adding amount of foam agent. Other adding agent also has an effect on the rheological properties of foarn. finally, the guiding effect of the results on foam driliing is discussed.
