摘要
本文通过离体和在体两种研究方法探讨了丙酸睾丸酮对人早孕蜕膜的直接作用及其机理。离体培养细胞的光镜和扫描电镜结果显示,大剂量丙酸睾丸酮抑制蜕膜细胞分裂增生,使细胞间联结减弱,细胞发生退化变性;而在体研究结果表明,早孕妇女短期内使用大量丙酸睾酮后可显著提高血中睾酮浓度,但并不影响孕酮和雌二醇的血浓度,同时蜕膜组织中的睾酮量也显著增加,而在光镜和透射电镜下,则可见蜕膜细胞受损变性。
This study is to explore the direct effect and the mechanism of testosterone propionate (TP) on human decidua in vitro and in vivo. Under both the light microscopic and scanning electron microscopic examnation, the culture cells of the pregnant woman decidua showed that TP at a big dose (800μg/ml) inhibited the growth of the stromal cells, decreased the contact between the cells and caused the degeneration of the decidual cells. The results in vivo study showed that the injection of a big dose of TP (100 mg per day for 3 days) gave a remarkable increase of testosterone level in blood, but no influence on progesterone and estradiol levels. At the same time the testosterone concentration also increased remarkably in decidua and the decidual cells showed degenerative changes under light as well as electron microscopic examiation.
