摘要
氧化低密度脂蛋白(O-LDL)对巨噬细胞(Mph)有很强的细胞毒作用,能抑制Mph的免疫反应能力,造成脂肪堆积,使Mph泡沫样变性。云芝多糖(PSK)能提高机体免疫反应能力。我们研究发现Mph在体外与O-LDL共同培养一段时间后形态有很大改变,如正常梭形伪足消失,细胞变大变园,周边有颗粒沉积,并出现空泡,同时受O-LDL攻击的Mph用LPS刺激,TNF和NO产生量都较未受O-LDL攻击的要少(P<0.01),而腹腔注射PSK的小鼠Mph在体外与O-LDL共同培养24h后细胞形态未见有较大改变,并且受LPS刺激受TNP和ND产生量都较注射生理盐水对照组要高。因此PSK能提高Mph免疫反应能力和抑制其泡沫样变性,这对抑制动脉粥样硬化的进程有益处。
-LDL has high cytotoxity to macrophage. It not only
inhibits the capabihlity of the cells immune responsiveness,but also caus-es lipid accumulation
and foam-like change. Our studies found that after macrophages were preincubated with O-LDL
for 24h, theirshapes change notably. When stimulated by LPS, the production of TNF and NO is
less than that of normal control group, which hasnot been incubated with
O-LDL(p<0.01).However, the shape of PSK-treated macrophages did not change after incubating
with O-LDL for 24h. Moreover,when stimulated by LPS, the macrophages produced more TNF
and NO than the saline-treated immune re-sponse and inhibits their foam-like change.
