摘要
用低Ca2+高Mg2+人工脑脊液灌流大鼠下丘脑脑片,观察在去甲肾上腺素(NE)作用下,背内侧核神经元的放电及介导NE作用的受体。实验结果表明NE主要对DMN产生直接的抑制作用,并能被育亨宾阻断,而哌唑嗪及心得安的阻断作用则很小,提示NE的作用主要由突触后的α2受体介导。
By
perfusing the hypothalamic slices of rat with low calcium and high magnesium artificial
cere-brospinal fluid,we observed the discharge of impulses from neurons of the dorsomedial
nucleus(DMN) ef-fected by norepinephrine(NE),and the receptor mediating the effect of NE.The
results revealed that theeffect of NE on DMN was primarily an inhibition,which could be blocked
by yohimbine.The blockade ofprazosin and propranolol was weak.It suggested that the effect of
NE was mediated by the postsynapticreceptor.
