摘要
在作者已提出的蓄能电站静态效益和动态效益评估模型的基础上,阐述了进行静动态综合效益评估的必要性,并提出了相应的数学模型和算法,编制了计算机软件。对安徽响洪甸混合式抽水蓄能电站的初步分析表明,结果是合理的。
This paper disereribes the necessity for the comprehensive evaluation of the static and dynamic ben-efits of storage plant,and presents the mathematical models as well as computer algorithms for evaluatingthese benefits quantitatively. Taking a real pumped─storage hydrostation as an example, the results ob-tained show the reasonability of the proposed method.
