摘要
本文对宾汉流体螺旋流层流流场进行了理论分析。研究表明,宾汉流体环空螺旋流流场存在流核,流核宽度随流体的动塑比增大而增大,随内管转速的增加而减小。流核视粘度为无穷大,管壁处视粘度为最小。文中导出了速度分布、视粘度分布、分层雷诺数分布的表达式及压耗和排量的计算式,并用实验证实了这些公式是正确的,可以作为钻井水力参数设计的依据。
This paper presents a detailed analysis of helical flow of Bin-gham fluid in annular space. The study results show that there is a flow centre in helical flow field of Bingham fluid in annular space. The width of the flow centre is related to ratio of the fluid plas ticity to flow shear force and to the rotating velocity. The expressions of velocity, appearent viscosity stratified Reynoleds Number, pressure loss and flow rate are derived and verified experimentally. These expressions can be used as a basis for the hydraulic design in drilling.
