摘要
本文提出可变冷热流换热网络最小外界供热的调优启发式规则。给出了四种情况下的算法。对于普遍适用的可变冷热流最小外界供热问题,提出用可变容差法结合调优求解的算法。以常减压装置为例,调优后可使最小外界供热降为82.9%。表明多夹点常比单尖点可节省更多能量。
This paper proposes the heuristic rules for the optimization of minimum utility usage with variable hot and/or cold streams. Algorithms for four cases are given. Flexible tolerance method associated with optimization is suggested to be used for the general case. An example shows that this method can decrease minimum utility usage down to 82.9% and multi-pinches usually make lower minimum utility than single-pinch does.
