摘要
研制了适用于丁炔二醇在较低氢压下(~3MPa)二步加氢制1,4-丁二醇的改性骨架镍催化剂。丁炔二酵转化率100%,选择性在95%以上,一步加氢反应的适宜温度60—70℃,pH 8—11;第二步 pH 5—6,温度120—140℃。向反应液中添加某些二价金属离子 Me^(2+),进一步提高了加氢性能。
Catalytic Hydrogenation of Butyne-1,4-diol can be carried out on a modified
Raney nickel at a low hydrogen pressure of ~3 MPa to give a high yield of 1,4-
Butanediol with a conversion of 100% and selectivity over 95%.This process is
performed at 60—70℃ and pH 8—11 in the first stage and at 120—140℃ and pH
5—6 in the second stage.Addition of divalent metals Me^(2+) to the catalyst makes
it particularly effective in the manufacture of high quality butanediol.
