摘要
叙述了以丙烯酸异辛酯为原料,采用自由基引发剂,用溶液聚合的方法制备了丙烯酸异辛酯聚合物。研究了引发剂用量对聚合物分子摄及粘度的影响,并把该聚合物应用于粉末涂料作流平试验,确定了具有最佳流平效果的流平剂用量及流早剂的分子量范围。
The synthesis of polyisooctylacrylate used as flow aid by free radical poly-merization in organic solvent was studied.The influence of the amount of initiat-orused on the molecular weight and viscosity was discussed.In the flow experimentof powder coatings using polyisooctylacrylate as flow aid,the range ot the mol-ecular weight and the amount of flow aid were investigated and conditions withbest flow effect were determined.
