摘要
利用湖南维尼纶厂生产上使用的醋酸锌/活性炭催化剂,在接近生产使用的条件下,测定了位化剂活性与反应温度、空速和乙炔与醋酸比的关系。结果表明,在现使用的生产条件下,反应严重地受外扩散影响,除了升高反应温度可以提高生产能力外,增高空速可以显著地提高生产能力(在175℃、185℃和196℃条件下,当空速由150h^(-1)增高到500h^(-1)时,生产能力可分别提高57.0%,41.4%和10.5%),提高乙炔与醋酸比,增产效果不明显。
In this paper,the relation between activities of GC-HV catalyst and reactiontemperatures,space velocity and C_2H_2/HAc ratio have been studied under condi-tions approaching those of industrial operation (the GC-HV catalyst was suppliedby Hunan Polyvinyl Alcohol Fibre Factory).The results showed that the reactionwas seriously affected by external diffusion.The production capability could beenhanced by raising reaction temperatures and by increasing space velocity aswell.The effect ot increase of C_2H_2/HAc on the production capability wasinsignificant.
