摘要
直接还原回转窑采用窑头喷煤对还原过程有明显的强化作用,从窑头喷入窑内的煤粒的大部分挥发分进入料层参与还原反应,煤粒被快速加热使之具有较高的反应性是强化还原过程的主要原因.
Iron ore reduction can be strengthened in rotary kiln by way of coal pulverized and injected from the discharge end. The main reason why the reduction is strengthened are that most of volatiles in grained coal will enter into the burdening to take part in reduction reaction and the pulverized coal is heated quickly so as to provide high reducibility.
