摘要
用化学试剂氧化物配制合成富硼渣,利用ZC-1600型高温综合测试仪,用内柱体旋转法测定其熔体粘度及熔化性温度.实验过程中,对氧化物原料采取细磨、混匀、快速熔制、搅拌成均相渣、相片村里坩埚等措施,有效防止碳化物生成.研究了B2O3,MgO,SiO2,CaF2含量对熔渣的粘度及熔化性温度的影响.B2O3,CaF2在蒋渣中起到助熔剂及降低熔体粘度的作用.
The viscosity and melting point of boron-rich slags were measured on a ZC-1600 Multimeasurement unit available to high temperature.The slag specimens used were prepared by some chemicalreagents.During experiments some measures were taken to prevent the carbides from being produced.Theeffects of B2O3,MgO,SiO2 and CaF2 contents on the viscosity and melting point of molten slag were studied.The results showed that B2O3 and caF2 in slag play the roles of both the flax and the compounds for decreasing the melt viscosity.
