摘要
钻机气动气控系统用压缩空气的净化防冻方式有加热干燥防冻、无热再生净化防冻和致冷净化防冻等。根据我国油田具体情况,选用了无热再生空气净化装置为处理气源设备。经现场使用表明,它能满足钻机气动气控技术对压缩空气的处理要求,保证气路系统正常工作。
The antifreezing devices for the compressed air in pneumaticcontrol system on dril1ing rigs are usually classified in threekinds. i· c·, heating dryer, regenerative dryer and refrigerateddryer, of which, according to the concrete conditions in homeoilfields, the second is adopted. Field practices show that theregenerative dryers can meet the technological requirements ofperfect pneumatic control on drilling rigs.
