摘要
对煤粉浓淡燃烧方式在锅炉稳燃、降低锅炉燃烧时NOx的生成量等方面的作用进行了分析。运用模化理论进行冷态模化试验,提出了在四角布置直流燃烧器上实现浓淡燃烧的方法,并在国产670t/h锅炉上进行了煤粉浓淡燃烧器的工业试验。结果表明,浓淡型燃烧器具有很强的稳燃能力,浓淡燃烧技术是一种值得推广应用的清洁燃烧技术。
Abstract The influence of pulverized coal's strong/weak combustion on flame stability and NOX generation at reduced load is discussed. A cold state model test has been performed with the help of analogue theory and a method is put forward for achieving pulverized coal's strong/weak combustion in anoncethrough boiler with corner arragement. An industrial test on pulverized coal burners with strong/weak combustion was conducted in a domestic manufactured 670t/h boiler. Test results show that pulverized coal burners with strong/weak combustion are very efficacious in maintaining flame stability and the strong/weak combustion technology is a clean coal technology.
