摘要
聚对苯乙炔[poly(p-phenylene vinylene),缩写为PPV]是一种典型的线性共轭高分子.早在1968年,美国化学家Wessling就宣布合成出了PPV,但由于当时对该材料的应用前景不清,故未能引起科学界的重视.80年代中期,Murase等用AsF<sub>5</sub>及其它多种掺杂剂成功地对PPV进行了掺杂导电研究,使其电导率提高了16个数量级,由绝缘体变成了导体.1990年Burroughes等又发现PPV不仅是一种导电高分子材料,同时也是一种性能良好的电致发光材料,制成的发光器件,在14V左右即可发黄绿色光。
A kind of polymer electroluminescence (EL) material poly(p-phenylene vinylene) (PPV) was synthesized and the EL devices were fabricated by spin-coatin. It was shown that this material had strong PL and good EL performance, and the spectra shapes changed with the thickness of the PPV thin films, also the EL spectra changed with the drive voltages, this is attributed to the reabsorption of the PPV film itself.Moreover, the PPV film was found can act as the hole transport layer (HTL) of the multi-layer TEFL devices. The EL devices using PPV as HTL and 8-hydroxyquino-line aluminum (Alq3) as emitting material were made, high brihtness more than 3700nt was measured, much better than that of those devices without PPV HTLs.
