摘要
本文用SEM、TEM和X射线衍射等研究了国产粘胶基碳纤维的微结构。结果表明国产粘胶基碳纤维截面呈腰果形,表面存在一些分布不均匀的细沟槽,孔穴和裂纹等结构缺陷。碳纤维内部石墨晶体的尺寸比较小,结晶度比较低,是一种乱层石墨结构。在此基础上提出了该碳纤维的微结构模型。
The microstructure of rayon-based carbon fibres was investigated by SEM ,TEM,X-ray diffraction ,eletmentary analysis and pore distribution measurement. The results indicated that the carbon fibres had low carbon content a-nd crystallinity,and that there were many grooves,pits and holes on the fibre surfaces. This suggested that the microstructure of the carbon fibre was loose and isotropic. The carbon fibre was composed of graphite crystallities and amorphous macrmolecular chains. The crystallite had a typical turbostratic structure and the micromolecular chain consisted of oxygen,hydrogen and carbon atoms. A microstructurd model was suggested in this paper,which was used to describe the microstructure of the rayon-based carbon fibre.
