摘要
本文研究了显色剂二溴硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(简称DBNDAA)与铜显色反应的条件。结果表明:在pH5.4的六次甲基四胺-HCl缓冲介质中在Triton X-100-SDBS存在下,DBNDAA与铜生成3:1的紫色稳定络合物,λ_(max)=516 nm,ε_(516)=2.9×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),铜量在0~14μg/25ml范围内遵循比耳定律,方法选择性好,可用于铝合金和硫铁矿中铜含量的测定,结果令人满意。
The conditions for color reaction of 2,6-dibromo-4-nitrobenzenediazoaminoazoben -zene(DBNDAA) with copper ( Ⅱ) have been studied. The results show that in the presence of Triton X-100-sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and in a (CH_2)_6N_4-HCl(pH 5. 4) buffer solution,DBNDAA reacts with copper to form a stable complex ratio of 3 : 1. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 2. 9×10~5 L ·mol^(-1) ·cm^(-1) at 516 nm,Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of 0-14 μg Cu/25 ml. The proposed method has been applied to the spectrophotometric determination of trace copper in alunimium alloy and pyrites with satisfactory results.
