摘要
一阶导数差示脉冲极谱法用于扑热息痛及其制剂的定量分析,在乙醇-水-2.0×10^(-3)mol/L H_2SO_4(12.5∶11.5∶1)的溶液中,于0.24V(vsAg/AgCl)处出现良好的一阶导数差示脉冲极谱峰,在3.3×10^(-4)~3.3×10^(-3)mol/L范围内,浓度与其一阶导数差示脉冲极谱峰值呈线性关系,检测限为7.8×10^(-8)mol/L.方法简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确.
The first derivative differential pulse polarography was developed for the determi-nation of paracetamol and its preparation. In ethanol-water-2.0×10-3mol/L sulfuric acid (12.5:11.5:1) solution, there was a very good first derivative differential pulse polarographic peak at 0.24 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The linear relationship between concentration and first derivative differential pulse polarographic peak height was obtained in the concentration range of 3. 3×10-4~3.3×10-3mol/L. The detection limit is 7.8×10-8mol/L. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive.
