摘要
本文按文献合成了一种水溶性的以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂的β-环糊精寡聚物,并研究了作为气相色谱固定相的有关性能。通过对一系列低沸有机物的分离和保留行为的研究,表明此固定相具有较好的分离效果,并初步讨论了有关的分离机制。
A water-soluble β-cyclodextrin oligopolymer crosslinked with epichlorohydrin has been synthesized by literature method. The separation and retention behaviors of a series of low-boiling organic compounds on the packed column coated by above-mentioned polymer as a stationary phase have been studied in detail. The results show that this stationary phase is provided with good separation effects for the non-polar molecules, such as benzene, chloro -substituted benzenes, alkyl benzenes and etc. due to formation of inclusion complexes, as well as for the strong polar molecules as a result of stronger polarity of polymer in itself.
