摘要
用全差示光度法研究了新试剂溴代二甲氨基苯基荧光酮(BDMAF)与锆的显色反应。在0.1mol/L的HCl介质中,锆与BDMAF形成的配合物最大吸收波长为547nm,表观摩尔吸光系数1.48×105L·mol-1·cm-1。采用全差示光度法使测量灵敏度提高数倍。拟定了不经分离直接光度测定矿石中微量锆的方法,具有简便、快速、准确的特点。
In a medium of 0.1mol/L HCl,the binary complex of Zr (Ⅳ)-BDMAF shows maximum absorption at 547nm with an apparent molar absorptivity coefficient of 1.48×105L.mol-1.cm-1.The value is 2.5 times larger than that of the complex of DMAF-Zr(Ⅳ)!The completely differential spectrophotometric method is based on the application of microcurrent parametric in the spectrophotometer.Sensitivity of determination increases as the parameter value increased. When The microcurrent parameter being 6 the sensitivity of determination is about ten-fold as high as that of conventional spectrophotometry for Zirconium.The method has been applied to determine trace amount of Zr(Ⅳ)in minerals.
