摘要
本文研究了在酸性介质中痕量钒(Ⅴ)催化氯殴钾氧化变色酸及抗坏血醚体系的反应和动力学条件,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量钒(Ⅴ)的新方法。该方法的检出限为0.08ng/mLV(Ⅴ),线性范围为0~0.3μg/25mLV(Ⅴ)。将该方法用于水样及人发中痕量钒(Ⅴ)测定,结果令人满意。
n this paper,a new catalytic spectrophotometricmethod for determining trace vanadium(Ⅴ)is pro-posed.The method is based on the catalytic effect ofV(Ⅴ)on the oxidation of chromotropic acid andascorbic acid by potassium chlorate in HCl-KCl buffersolution,The optimum conditions for determination ofV(Ⅴ)are established,The.limit of detection is 0.08ng/mL of V( Ⅴ ).The linear range is 0~0. 3μg/25mL of V(Ⅴ).The method has been used to determine trace V(Ⅴ)in water and human hair with satis-factory results.
