摘要
评述了混合物中多组份(有机和无机)不分离分光光度同时测定方法的进展,包括利用物质物理、化学性质差别的热力学和动力学方法,多波长法,导数分光光度法,计算化学法,以及利用信息理论的卡尔曼滤波法。探讨了分析方法的发展与新型分光光度仪器开发两者间相互促进的关系。指出了目前仪器使用中存在的问题。
Methods for Simultaneous Spectrophotometric Determination of Multicomponents in Mixtures Without Sep-aration//Fang Guozhen (Department of Chemistry, Sichuan University, Chengdu, 610064)
Various spectrophotometric methods for simultaneous determination of organic and inorganic multicomponents in mixtures without preliminary separation are reviewed, including thermodynamic and dynamic methods, multi-wavelength methods, computational chemistry method, and Kalman filtering method based on information theory. The relationship between the development of analytical methods and the design of new analytical instruments are discussed. Problems in the application of analytical instruments that need to be settled are pointed out.
