摘要 在常压、固定床流动反应器中,进行了偏三甲苯与甲醇混合物在HZSM-5分子筛催化剂上烷基化生成均四甲苯的试验.考察了反应时间、温度、液体空速、配比等因素对均四甲苯收率及产物分布的影响,同时考察了不同焙烧温度、不同硅铝比及有机氟处理的效果,并对比考察了HY与H-丝光沸石(HM)的反应性能,讨论了催化剂酸性与择形性对反应的影响. The alkylation of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene with methanol on HZSM-5 type zeolite catalysts was studied in a fixed bed flow type reactor under atmospheric pressure. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, contact time and, the molar ratio of methanol to 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene in feed on the conversion of 1,2,4-trimethylbenszene, yield of 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene and product distribution were investigated. The influences of calcination temperatures and Si/Al ratio of ZSM-5 zeolite upon the reaction activity and selectivity was also examined. The activity and selectivity of HZSM-5 modified with CCl_2F_2 were compared with HY and H-mordenite. The effects of surface acid properties and the shape selectivity of HZSM-5 zeolites were also discussed.
