摘要
本文以Silicalite-Ⅰ为沸石原粉,在600℃下用SnCl_4处理,使Sn取代Si进入沸石骨架,合成出Sn-ZSM-5型分子筛。X 射线衍射、红外光谱、电子探针分析、X 射线光电子能谱、^(29)Si 高分辨魔角探头固体核磁等研究结果表明,Sn 原子以正四价的形式位于Silicalite-Ⅰ沸石分子筛骨架中。
Sn-ZSM-5 type zeolites were synthesized by treating raw silicalite-Ipowder with SnCl_4 vapor at 600℃ to replace Si with Sn in the framework ofthe zeolites.The characteristics of the synthetic zeolites were studied by XRD,IR,EMP,XPS and ^(29)Si MAS NMR,indicating that the Sn atom was presentin the framework of silicalite-I in the form of Sn (Ⅳ).
