钢中近界面微区的形变与断裂──Ⅱ─相界面近区的形变与断裂

摘要 选择几种钢、热处理成几类典型相组合的显微组织。试样经增量拉伸、中停,用光、电镜观察其表面,或其制备的剖面,或其冷冻断口,研究拉伸过程中相间不协调形变及相界面(含其近区)应力集中,协调形变、界面断裂及应力释放。从显微组织、微观界面力学行为的机理综合说明钢的宏观机械性能。 Some steels chosen have been heat treated to form microstructures eomposed of several kinds of typical phases.Specimens have been incrementally pulled intermittently and observed on their surfaces,or their sections prepard,or their fractographs fraetured after being refrigerated in liquid nitrogen.The incompatible deformation between phases and the stress concentration of interface(including its adjacent region),compatible deformation, interface fracture and the stress relaxation have been studied.Through the Microstructures and mechanism on micro interfacial mechanical behaviour,the macro-mechanical properties have been explained synthetically.
