摘要
指出熔融Fe-Co催化剂对费-托合成反应具有活性高、反应温度低,产物中CO2含量较少的特点。加入的金属Co熔融后与Fe_3O_4生成固溶体,经H_2、N_2还原活化后,Co原子均匀地分布在α-Fe晶格中,并使α-Fe晶胞参数变大。Fe-Co催化剂还原后反应过程中α-Fe相较多。Fe_4O_4相较少,促使-托反应活性提高,抑制了变换反应,减少产物中的C0_2含量。
This paper reports the research results of F-T synthesis on fused Fe-Co catalyst which is characteristic of high activity,low reaction temperature and little content of CO2 in products during F-T reaction.Fused Co was combined with Fe3O4 to form solid solution, and after the catalyst is reduced with H2 and N2, Co atoms are equally distributed in lattice of α-Fe,and lattice parameter of α-Fe increased. During F-T reaction, α-Fe phase of reduced catalyst of Fe-Co is more,and Fe3O4 phase is less,which contributed to the activity of F-T reaction and inhibits shifting reaction,so that CO2 content of products are decreased.
