摘要
本文采用动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗测试技术,研究有无氯离子存在时十二烷基胺(DDA)在两种不同晶化程度的非晶合金上的缓蚀机理.实验表明,DDA对两种不同晶化程度的非晶合金都有缓蚀作用对非晶合金的经蚀机理为覆盖效应,对部分晶化的非晶合金的经蚀机理为负催化效应,氯离子的加入使缓蚀效率显著提高。
The inhibiting behavior of DDA for the FeNiSiB amorphours alloys with the different phases has been investigated in 0. 1 mol /L H2SO4 aqeous solution by electrochemical measurement.The inhibiting effect of DDA on the amorphous alloy is due to blocking effeCt and that of DDA on the amorphous alloy with Ni3Si phases is attributed to catalytic effect. The inhibiting effeciency of DDA will be increased by the addition of Cl-.
