摘要
本文报导的西域沙虎(Teratoscincusprzewalskii)核型为2n=36,由一对(1)亚端部着丝点染色体、12对(2-13)端部着丝点染色体及5对(14-18)不能明显确定着丝点位置的染色体组成。染色体均无明显的界线,不能象一般爬行类那样划分出大染色体和小染色体,这与壁虎科其它种类相一致,只是中间着丝点及亚中间着丝点染色体缺乏,故尔染色体臂数较少,另外染色体数目也较一般壁虎科种类少,表明沙虎与壁虎间既有联系、又具有一定的差异性。
In this paper,the karyotypes of Teratoscincus przewalskii(Reptilia:Sauria:Gekkonidae)from Dunhuang,Gansu,were studied by colchicine-hypotonic-air drying technique. Thediploid chromosome number is 2n=36 and is composed of 18 pairs of homogeneous chromosomes.Their size decreased successively and could not be divided distinctly into macro-and micro-chromosomes as of the karyotypes found in Gekkonidae,All the chomosomes are telocentric ex-cept the first pair which is subtelocentric. Hetermorphic sex chromosome were not observed inthis work.
