摘要
对兰州地区言语测听的几个常用数据进行了测算。供临床言语测听中参考。正常人言语接受阈(SRT):27.5±7.2dB;最大识别率(PBmax):正常听力(181耳)90.8±3.7%,传导性聋(85耳)87.0±5.6%,感音神经性聋(86耳)80.2±11.5%;校正值正常听力为17.5±5.5dB,传导性聋17.7±7.0dB,感音神经性聋18.6±8.9dB。感音神经性聋校正值受纯音听力图形的影响,陡降型听力校正值明显偏低。为提高测试的准确性,主张要求患者机械模仿,必须对每个测词应答。
This article is concerned with the measure of some normal values of the speech audiometry in the Lanzhou area. The results showed that normal speech receptor threshold (SRT) was 27. 5±7. 2 dB; maximum discrimination scor (PBmax) in normal hearing (181 ears) was 90. 8±3. 7%, in conductive deafness (85 ears) was 87. 0±5. 6%, in sensorineural deafness (86 ears) was 80. 2±11. 5%; and the correction value was 17. 5 ± 5. 5 dB, 17. 7 ± 7. 0 dB and 18. 6±8. 9 dB respectively. The correction value in sensorineural deafness was affected with the audiogram and, that in the steep-descending type was lowed significantly. To raise the accuracy of the examination, the authors persist that patients should imitate mechanically and answer every word examined.
