摘要
本文研究采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜电子衍射方法,对0Cr18Ni11Ti/16MnR爆炸夏合材料界面组织结构进行了研究。发现复会界面呈波状结合,并存在非晶结构,从而对界面高硬度、高粘结强度和高耐蚀性提出新的解释。
AbstractBy means of optical microscope,SEM,TEM and electric diffraction, the interfacial struc-ture of blast-complexed material 0Cr18Ni11Ti/16MnR was studied. It is found that the complex interface has wave shape and there is noncrystal structure in it.Based on these findings a new explanation on the high hardness, high adhesive strength and high corrosion resistance of the interface has been raised.
