摘要
根据水煤浆在管内流动存在着滑移使流动阻力减小的机理,提出了滑移减阻的思想。通过三种管道(硬质聚氯乙烯管,氯乙烯管,钢管)输送高浓度(C_w>60%)水煤浆的实验证实了滑移减阻的可行性。试验结果及由试验结果所确定的有效滑移系数和速度为高浓度水煤浆管道输送技术的发展及输送管道的设计提供了依据。
AbstractAn idea of drag reduction by slippage is proposed on the basis of the mechanism that slip- age causes to minimize flow resistance of coal-water slurry in pipe line. The feasibility of drag reduction by slippage is proven through transportation tests of highly loaded coal-water slurry (Cw>60%)through three kinds of pipelines(1 ̄# hard polyvinyl chloride pipe;2 ̄# chlo-roethene pipe;3 ̄# steel pipe). The experimental results,the effective slip coefficient and velocity determined according to the test results provide a base for the development of pipe- line transportation technology and the design of pipeline for bighly loaded coar-water slurry.
