攀钢高炉出铁沟沟泥材质的改进

摘要 介绍了选择Al_2O_3-SiC-C质沟泥材质的依据及在实验室研制该材质的配方。试制沟泥经现场对比试验结果表明,通铁量和使用寿命均是攀钢自产沟泥的三倍,而沟泥的单耗仅是自产沟泥的三分之一,与国内先进(同档次)沟泥(华新、首钢)相比,水平持平,并具有明显的社会效益及经济效益。 Theoritical investigation has been conduted on the Al_2O_3-SiC-C refractory material used for iron runner and its ingredients have been developed in the lab. Site tests indicates that when tri-al material is used,the throughput of hot metal iron and service life were three time as much as those of the refractory home made in the company and a unit consumption one third of the latter,which have come up to the advanced level of the domestic steelmakers. Significant social and eco-nomic benirits can be obtained.
