O─酰单肟酮类对不饱和体系光引发聚合的研究 被引量:6

STUDY ON PHOTOPOLYMERIZATION OF UNSATURATED SYSTEMS WITH O-ACETYL-AND O-BENZILMENEEXIMES

摘要 合成了系列的O-酰单肟酮类自由基光敏引发剂。分别用UV和NMR表征了它们的结构。并采用DSC法测试和探讨了UV照射聚合中的影响因素。研究结果表明,光致引发剂的结构、用量及紫外光照射强度等对UV光照固化聚合均有一定影响。 A series of diphenyl-ketoximes photoinitiaters have been synthesized.Its struature was characterized by UV and NMR respectively. The influence of various factors on UV polymerization was studied by the method of DSC.The research results show that the structure and concentration of initiators and the UV-light intensity have the significant influence to the photopolymerization of unsaturated systems. Under the ideal UV-light intensity and the initiator concentration, the t_(ind) of DMPA is obviously lower than that of Oacetyl-or O-benzoylmonooximes. Therefore, DMPA is a good initiator for UV-light photopolymerization. And beacuse the carbonyl group of benzilmonooxime derivates can conjugate with the near benzenering, the breaking energy of C-C bond is lower (the absorption wavelength shifts to the right ,and λ_(max)=250 ̄260 nm). But diacetylmonooxime derivates have not conjugated double band, the wavelength of them is therefore shorter (λ_(max)=220 ̄230 nm). This shows that the initiated effect of benzilmonooximes is higher than that of diacetylmonooximes.
