摘要
合成了多种单体和不饱和体系。采用DSC法系统的研究了有关助剂、促进剂、链转移剂和各种单体以及安息香双甲醚的浓度等对于不饱和体系的UV聚合和感光性能的影响。
A series of photopolymerizable monomers and unsaturated polyesters have been synthesized successfully,The factors which influence to UV photopolymerization and photochemical behaviour of some auxilliaries,promotors,chain transfer agents,monomers and concentration of DMPA for unsaturated systems by DSC method systematic have been studied.This paper has found that the concentration of p-hydroxyphenylformic ether has an evident influence to induction period,but air or oxygen has only as influence to photopolymerization extent of surface of polymerization system.If the concentration of DMPA is over 9.8%,the new formed radicals in irratiate process would be expended in large amounts through biradical temination. The △H from them is only 95.46 mJ/mg,so the time t△H/2 can not apopr.As the concentration of DMPA is near to 2%,the induction period is only 8s,t△H/2 and △H are shortest and highest inspectively.
