摘要
将含聚合引发剂的丙烯酸盐单体水溶液涂布到天然纤维布基材上,在微波辐照下聚合,制得高吸水性纤维复合体。该复合体吸去离子水80g/g,吸0.9%NaCl水溶液22g/g。研究了引发剂和交联剂用量、单体浓度、微波辐照功率、时间及中和度等因素对复合体吸液性能的影响。
The complex of super water absorbing resin-natural fabric were obtained by microwave radiation polymerization of natural fabric which dip-coated in acrylic acid and its sodium salt aqueous solution.The effects of the amount of initiator,cross-linking agent,concentration of monomer,power and time of microwave radiation,degree fo neutralization on the water absorption power of the complex were also studied. The absorption amount of the complex is 80 g/g and 22 g/g in case of deionizing water and 0. 9% NaCl solution,respectively.
