A finite-volume TVD Lax-Wendroff scheme is developed for numerical solution of twodimensional Navier Stokes equations. Local time steps and multiple grid algorithm are introduced to improve convergence. Numerical results show that the present method can be used to analyse both seprated flow and shock wave with high resolution.
