摘要
库尔勒市位于天山南麓,日照充足,干旱缺水,多风日,冬季低温,无霜期为全年的54.8%.该市采用氧化塘处理以生活污水和食品废水为主的城市污水,规模为3000m^3/d(最高负荷可达7500m^3/d),总占地面积9.20ha.自1986年9月投入运行以来,污水处理效果良好,处理后的水用于农灌,把近4000亩盐碱荒地改造为良田,且污灌区未发生土壤污染.本文介绍了该氧化塘的概况、处理效果,对污灌的经济效益、氧化塘的出水水质及其对周围环境的影响作了评价,并介绍了该氧化塘设计、施工和解决非灌溉季节污水出路方面的成功经验.
Kurle city is situated at the southern foot of Tianshan mountains in Xinjiang Uigur autonomous region, northwest China. The climate of it is absolute continental with phenomenon such as full of sunshine, arid and deficient in water, low temperature in winter and much windy days, the frost-free days is about 54. 8% to the total year days. The domestic sewage and industrial wastewater (dominated by food-processing) of this city are treated by oxidation pond which occupies 9. 2 hectares with a capacity of 3000 cubic meters per day normally and 7500 at maximum. Since being put into operation in September 1986 the oxidation pond has been treating wastewater with satisfactory results and the treated wastewater is utilized for irrigation. 260 hactares of salted wasteland has been converted to fertile farmland and no soil pollution was detected in wastewater irrigation zone. The general situation of the oxidation ponds, the removal efficiency of pollutants, the economical benefit of wastewater irrigation, the effluent of oxidation pond and its impact to the circumstance are evaluated in this paper and the design , construction and the successful experience to find a way to store the wastewater in nonirrigation season are presented.
